Balance Payment The balance of the payment must be made no later than 30 days before the safari start date. For bookings made within 30 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking. Childrenβs Rates Discounted rates are available for children depending on age and accommodation rules (generally ages 3β11 years). Group Bookings Special rates may apply for groups of 6, 8, or more travelers. Inclusions Safari costs may include accommodation, park fees, meals, transport as outlined in the itinerary, and the services of professional guides. Exclusions Safari costs do not include international flights, visas, travel insurance, personal expenses, tips, or optional activities unless stated.

Refund Processing Refunds are processed within 21 working days and returned via the original payment method.
