Booking & Reservations

A reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a 30% deposit of the total safari cost. Availability is subject to confirmation.

Payment Terms

Balance must be paid 30 days before travel. Bookings within 30 days require full payment.

Accepted: Bank Transfer, M-Pesa, Card Payments

Cancellation Policy

60+ Days: Full refund (less admin fee)
30–59 Days: 50% refund
15–29 Days: 25% refund
0–14 Days: No refund

Note: Some costs (lodges, park fees) may be non-refundable.

Force Majeure

In case of events beyond our control (natural disasters, pandemics, political instability), your safari will be rescheduled or a travel credit issued.

Liability

Kwanza Safaris acts as an intermediary and is not liable for delays, injuries, or losses beyond our control.

Travel Insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended for all clients.

Privacy Policy

We collect your name, contact details, and passport information when necessary. Your data is used only for booking and shared with trusted partners.

We do not sell your data. Payments are handled securely.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 21 working days via the original payment method.
